Gu Zheng

Gu Zheng‘s timbre is luxurious and rich and has more than 2500 year history. It is made of various strings and moveable bridge. The player often wears fingerpicks while plucking the instrument. Plucking is usually done with the right hand, vibrato and changes of picth are achieved by pressing the strings with the left hand. It is gorgeous to listen to and attractive to watch.  At entry level it is quite easy to pick up for any beginner.
